- 2013:SAMIN Commodities Pvt Ltd was formed with focus on Commodity Trading.
- 2020: Activities of SAMIN Commodities Pvt Ltd was merged with *Swagath Securities Pvt Ltd
- 2021: Changed company name from SAMIN Advisors Pvt Ltd to SAMIN Financial Services Pvt Ltd
